America's Test Kitchen. It rocks. In case you're unfamiliar with their premise: They try variations on a recipe (test recipes in a kitchen, clever) and settle on the one that turns out the best.
It has a massive cookbook. We got the text book for Christmas and have made some things out of it. I figured, why not evaluate the recipes that we try. We'll let you know if we deviate from the recipe (kind of defeats the purpose, but nobody's perfect). We'll let you know if it turns out good, bad, meh. We'll let you know if we thought it was easy, hard, or worth the trouble.
Let's test some recipes.
